H and E sections (A and B) show neoplastic lymphoid cells demonstrating epitheliotropism. The cells are monotonous, small to medium-sized, with round nuclei, dispersed chromatin, and moderate amount of pale to clear cytoplasm. The lymphoid cells are positive for CD3, CD56 and TIA1.
