Bone marrow biopsy from same patient. Patient’s bone marrow biopsy showing hypercellularity for age. CD138 immunohistochemical stain reveals the cause of hypercellularity, an infiltrating plasma cell infiltrate (brown staining, approximately 15% of cellularity).
