A 42-year old lady suffered from Malabsorption of folate and b12. In CBC Report, MCV and MCH seen elevated. Vitamin b12 is 138 pg/ml (150-950 pg/ml).

Peripheral Blood reveals the marked anisocytosis and poikilocytosis with Macrocytes,macroovalocytes, schistocytes and Basophillic Stippling.
