A 24-year-old female presented with enlarged neck nodes. The images depicted show nodal involvement by inflammatory pseudotumor. These are unusual reactive lymphoid proliferations that sometimes border the spectrum of IgG4- related adenopathies and are typical driven by ALK as in some other sites. Review of the biopsy specimen showed marked fibrotic capsular thickening made of dense collagen bands ( Image A). A reactive secondary lymphoid follicle is seen at the bottom.
