In Image C, interfollicular, sinusoidal lymphocytes and plasma cells are seen along with extensive paracortical fibrosis is noted. Although not shown, there was a mild increase in IgG4+ plasma cells within the follicles in some areas but not increased to an extent typically seen in IgG4-related adenopathies.
