Bone marrow aspirate from a child diagnosed with Burkitt's lymphoma. In this image, we can observe intense infiltration of cells with intense basophilia and cytoplasmic vacuoles, characteristic of the starry sky pattern of the disease. (May-Grünwald-Giemsa stain).
