78 year old gentleman diagnosed with Hairy cell Leukemia, 5 years after 2nd cycle of cladribine, on yearly follow up had bicytopenia. Peripheral blood immunophenotyping revealed 0.04% CD19/CD20 bright, CD11c/CD25/CD103/ CD123/ CD200 positive population with lambda restriction; indicating residual disease
