A&B: Bone marrow trephine biopsy showing infiltration of marrow spaces by tumor cells arranged in glandular pattern. The bony trabeculae are sclerotic and rimmed by osteoblasts. Focal craters and holes are seen indicating bone lysis. (H&E, X200 and X400)

C&D: The tumor cells show cytoplasmic immunopositivity for CK7 (C, X200) and are negative for CK20. (D, X400)
