Neutrophil showing botryoid nuclei is an unusual finding. The nuclei depict abnormal distribution of the chromatin with hypersegmentation, radial pattern arrangement connected by interchromatin bridges. They are seen in cases of severe burns, hyperthermia, abuse of cocaine and methamphetamine and encephalitis.
