An Indian male patient in his mid 30s presented with dirty brownish serosanguinous nasal discharge, nasal stuffiness and bouts of sneezing from 15 days.On inquiry, patient gave history of COVID19 positivity in second wave of Novel Coronavirus COVID19 and use of steroids to reduce the high grade fever. The estimated duration of COVID19 infectivity and right side nasal cavity growth turned out to be 2 months. The biopsy submitted for histopathological examination. The H&E stained section shows conidias and hyphae morphologically suggestive of Aspergillus spp.
