Demodex Folliculorum in scalp biopsy, planned for hair transplantation

A male in his mid-30s presented with male pattern baldness, planned for hair transplantation subjected to skin biopsy from scalp. H&E stained section show a mite "Demodex Folliculorum" in the hair follicle . This incidental finding need to be reported in the final impression in cases of hair transplantation despite of knowing its non-pathological nature.
