One year old child presented with dvelopmental delay and heptosplenomgealy. There was peripheral pancytopenia and bone marrow showed clusters of foam cells with small round nuceli and abundant cytoplasm conatinig clear vacoules of varying sizes. Enzyme studies confirmed the diagnois of Niemann -Pick disease.
