Panel of Flow cytometry plots shows abnormal myeloid blasts in red color gated at 8.33% of all the viable cells show bight CD34, overexpression of HLADR, CD45 Dim, CD38 Moderate , CD56 Negative, CD13 Mod-Dim, CD15 Negative, CD33 Variable CD117 Variable, CD36 Dim, CD64 Moderate, CD14 Negative, CD19 Negative, CD123 Moderate, CD203 Variable and moderate expression of CD7. A subset of the blasts show bright expression of CD117 indicating Mast cell differentiation(Black) and is negative for CD9, CD2, CD41 and CD33. In addition, an expanded population of basophils(green) gated at 90.36% of all the viable cells show moderate CD45, CD123, CD38, CD203c, variable CD33 and negative HLADR
