Automated CBC histograms (WBC, RBC, and PLT) from 5 part analyzer showing cold agglutinin–related interference: 1. RBC histogram shows a markedly broadened and irregular curve with loss of the normal peak and an extended tail, reflecting interference from red cell agglutination.

2. WBC histogram demonstrates distortion of the lower-size region due to misclassified agglutinated RBCs.

3. Platelet histogram shows a left-shifted curve with reduced small-particle counts, also attributable to red cell clumping affecting particle discrimination.
