At low-power magnification (10× objective), multiple lymphoblasts exhibiting characteristic hand mirror cell morphology are readily identified. These blast cells demonstrate a distinct polarized architecture, with the nucleus displaced eccentrically toward one pole of the cell and the cytoplasm extending unilaterally in the form of a narrow, elongated projection resembling a mirror handle.
