The image shows a small cohesive cluster of mesothelial cells with characteristic cell-to-cell windows. The cells are large with abundant basophilic cytoplasm and central round nuclei containing prominent nucleoli. Mild nuclear atypia is present, consistent with reactive changes. The background is hemorrhagic with numerous red blood cells. Overall, the features are in keeping with reactive mesothelial cells.
