Flow cytometry showed clonal B cell population with moderate to bright CD45 and increased forward scatter. The cells showed Lambda light chain restriction and tested positive for CD19, CD20, CD22, FMC7, CD38 and CD10. The population was negative for CD5 and CD23. Which indicates diagnosis of High grade B cell Lymphoma.
