(A) Bone marrow aspirate (May-Grünwald-Giemsa stain x100 objective) showed 50% large blastoid cells with open chromatin, nucleoli and cytoplasmic vacuolation; (B) Bone marrow trephine biopsy (haematoxylin and eosin stain x40 objective) showed large cells with indented nuclei and open chromatin; (C-D) Bone marrow trephine CD123, CD4 Immunohistochemical stain (x40 objective).
