54 year old female.

Flow cytometry of the bone marrow specimen identified a blast population with the following immunophenotype:  positive for CD3 (cytoplasmic), CD7, CD34, CD13, CD33, CD117, and myeloperoxidase (MPO). An 11q23 abnormality (MLL) was identified by cytogenetic analysis.
