This is a lymph node depicting a Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg cell amidst a lymphocyte rich background. The depicted cell is a mononuclear variant with a prominent eosinophilic nucleoli. The Reed-Sternberg cell is seen in Classical Hodgkin lymphoma and is always strongly CD30 positive by immunohistochemistry.
