Immunostains CD34 and CD61 in fibrotic phase of Polycythemia Vera. This patient present 4 years earlier with JAK2 mutated PV in cellular phase, then progressed to AML treated with standard induction. This marrow biopsy is from a follow up marrow with persistent fibrotic PV without residual AML.
