This is a 53-year old male with history of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia with monocytic/monoblastic leukemia with high blood counts. FLT3 and/or NPM1-mutated AMLs often present with high counts.

This patient underwent therapeutic leukapheresis, something often needed with high counts in monocytic leukemias.
