FISH for BCR/ABL1, t(9;22)(q34;q11.2) positivity in CML-CP

46 years old/Female patient of CML- Chronic phase (CML-CP) cells nuclei showing FISH for standard BCR/ABL1 positive  pattern (2F1G1R). Atypical signal pattern can be seen in cases of extra Ph chromosome, ider(Ph), deletions of different sequences at derivative chromosome 9, and cryptic three or more way chromosomal rearrangement.
