These images are related to a 19-year-old male with fever, chills and hematuria. Many infected erythrocytes with ring stages(double, multiple and even RBCs with 5 rings/RBC), gametocytes and pigment-laden macrophages and neutrophils. Neurophils with merozoites or parasite remnants seen too. In addition, there is anemia, left shift, circulating nucleated RBCs & polychromasia seen.
