Kimura's Disease diagnosed in a 66 year old female with a yearlong history of cervical and submandibular lymphadenopathy. Peripheral blood shows 1% eosinophils of a WBC count of 8.9 K/uL, and speckled anti-nuclear antibody is increased (1:160). Serologies for RF, SSA, SSB, and anti-dsDNA are negative.
