Alveolar Rhabdomiosarcoma Myelophthisis

A 26th year old male with a history of alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma in august 2018, start with a fracture of radius bone treated with open reduction with surgery, October 2018 patient begins with a tumors presence at the surgery scar, a biopsy was taken with the diagnosis of alveolar Rhabdomiosarcoma, (Desmine (+) Vimetine (+) Miogenine (+), CD99, EMA, ENE, MUC4, ERG, FLI-1, TFE-3, CKAE/AE#: Negative),  extension of the borders by surgery was perform and radiotherapy was given.

December 2018 stars with thrombocytopenia and coagulopathy, a bone marrow aspirate was performed with myelophthisis.

December 20th: Leukocytes: 20.2 miles/mm3, Hemoglobin 15.4gr/dL, Platelets: 35miles/mm3. Prothrombin time: 16.5/14.5, TTPa:39.7/35, TT: 21.8/21, Fibrogen:144mg/dL.

Patient died on January 9th 2019
