Bone marrow aspirate from a patient with megaloblastic anemia. Erythroid hyperplasia (decreasing of myeloid to erythroid ratio) was seen in bone marrow. Megaloblastic erythroid precursors changes are including nuclear-cytoplasmic dysynchrony, open nuclear chromatin, and nuclear budding.
