The patient is a 58 year old female who presented axillary lymphadenopathy. PET/CT demonstrated hypermetabolic activity involving the left pectineus, right iliacus, left psoas, and bilateral paraspinal muscles. Enlarged and hypermetabolic right axillary and right external iliac lymph nodes were also detected.
