Neutrophils phagocytosing cryoglobulin

Phagosomes are rarely seen in peripheral blood smear. We detected that cryoglobulins could be seen as a phagosome in neutrophils. The biochemical features of the cryoglobulins make different colored phagosomes. Generally, they are usually seen white and bigger than typical cytoplasmic vacuoles.
