A 32-year-old female presented with fatigue and WCC 130x10^9/L. Peripheral blood film showed medium sized blasts with no Auer rods. Bone marrow was effaced by medium sized blasts. By flow cytometry, they are sCD34+CD2+CD5+CD7+CD4+CD8+CD1a+CD38+ and cCD3+TdT+MPO-. Target FISH analysis identified deletion at 12p (including ETV6) and bi-allelic loss of CDKN2A. Chest X-ray and CT showed large mediastinal mass. She was treated on UKALL14 protocol to morphological and radiological complete remission and MRD negativity.
