A 56 years old HIV positive male patient presented with fever and pancytopenia. His bone marrow aspirate and biopsy showed intracellular and extracellular presence of capsulated organism with crescentic nucleus( Hisatoplasma Capsulatum) suggestive of bone marrow histoplasmosis
