46 year/male, immunocompromised patient presenting with bicytopenia. Bone marrow showing a large quantity of septate fungal hyphae and conidial heads. Fungal infection was confirmed with Periodic Acid Shiff stain (PAS) and Grocott's methenamine silver stain (GMS).
