65/F with ESRD due to Type-II DM/HTN s/p living unrelated donor transplant in 2016, history of CLL, has CLL involvement of the transplanted kidney. Core biopsy showed interstitial neoplastic lymphocytes that are positive for CD20, PAX-5, CD5, and kappa restriction. The lymphocytes were negative for CCND1.
