Bone marrow aspirate and trephine of child with Gaucher's disease at diagnosis. A classic "wrinkled tissue paper" pattern is seen in the cytoplasm of the Gaucher cells on aspirate. They are highlighted by CD68, Periodic Acid-Schiff (PAS) and Tartrate-Resistant Acid Phosphatase (TRAP) stains on trephine.
