A peripheral blood smear shows multiple neutrophil-erythrocyte rosettes where RBCs surround a neutrophil in a flower-like pattern. Neutrophil-erythrocytes rosette is a rare finding suggestive of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA).
