Snapper Schneid Granules are azurophilic granules in plasma cells, named after scientist who discovered them. They are of Lysosomal in origin. These plasma  cells were occasional seen in a case of Homozygous Sickle cell Anemia with lymphocytosis. Serum protein electrophoresis showed polyclonal gammopathy.
