62 year old man with an aggressive cutaneous T-cell lymphoma that progressed on UVB, gemcitabine, and mogamulizumab (figure on left). He underwent total skin electron therapy in preparation for an allogeneic bone marrow transplant but unfortunately developed a substantial eschar requiring wound care and a possible delay in transplant secondary to concerns about infection risks (figure on right).
