The bone marrow smear of a patient with metastatic lung cancer showing large lung cancer cells. These cells are positive for pancytokertain AE1/AE3 and TTF1; occasional positivity for CA19.9, weak and patchy for PAX-8; and negative for CD45, CDX2, PSA.
