Prussian blue staining showing multiple ring sideroblast, those are erythroblasts with iron-loaded mitochondria forming a perinuclear ring of blue granules sorrounding at least one third of the circumference of the nucleus and are a minimum of five siderotic granules covering the nucleus, this images corresponde to a patient with myelodisplasitc neoplasm and SFRB1 mutation.
