A 56-year-old male patient presented with fever, hemolytic anemia (Hb:7.7 g/dL, Total Bilirubin: 6.96 mg/dL), thrombocytopenia (PLT:10×10^3  /μL) and renal dysfunction (Creatinine: 2.11 mg/dL, BUN: 157 mg/dL). Peripheral blood smear showed red cell fragmentation, schistocytes and polychromasia. The patients was diagnosed with TTP (Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura).
