Giemsa stained bone marrow aspirate shows early/ basophilic Giant Proerythroblast. These are large, 25-35 micron in size, round nuclei, opened up chromatin with intranuclear inclusion. They have moderate amount of deeply basophilic cytoplasm with 'dog ear-like' cytoplasmic psuedopodia.
