Bone Marrow aspiration and biopsy along with Immunohistochemistry for CD71 and E-cadherin highlighting Giant Proerythroblasts due to Parvovirus B19 induced Pure Red Cell Aplasia. Parvovirus B19 infection was diagnosed by positive IgM antibodies and DNA PCR.
