Markedly enlarged cardiomediastinal silhouette.

Progression of bilateral lungs mid and lower lung ground glass opacity with increased interstitial lines suggestive of pulmonary edema for clinical correlation..

Blunted both costophrenic angles, more marked on right side indicative of pleural effusion.. Domes of diaphragm appear unremarkable.
