Clinical case in our Oncohematology hospital.

68-year-old male patient with previous diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma IgG / Kappa. Early relapse put Autologous Transplantation of Hematopoietic stem cells with clinical signs of Central Nervous System Infiltration with positive cerebrospinal fluid Immunophenotyping.

Flow cytometry:

Clonal plasma cells: 87% With phenotype: cd45+/cd19-/cd56+/cd38++/Cd138+/ cd20-/Cykappa +/

Important: It is worth noting the morphological heterogeneity of Plasmocyte Neoplasms.

Rare clinical manifestation with extramedullary disease.
