57yo female presented in A/E with pancytopenia of unknown cause, thought to be due to bone marrow failure - so bone marrow aspirate was taken and investigated on. 

APML seen in images - promyelocytes with many Auer rods in the cytoplasm. 

These promyelocytes characterised by flow as CD117+ CD24- HLADR- CD33+ CD9+ CD13+ CD15+ cMPO+
