A higher magnification of the previous image is shown. The lymphoid infiltrate shows an interstitial pattern with residual myeloid elements and few erythoid precursors seen. Megakaryocytes are also readily noted. The cells are small to medium-sized and have variable amount of cytoplasm and a bland-appearing nucleus.
