CD 15 is confirmatory for the diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma. These atypical cells have abundant cytoplasm, and the nuclei often contained prominent nucleoli. Typical Reed-Sternberg cells (large B cells) are seen with a bi-lobed nucleus, giving the cell a typical “owl’s eyes” appearance. The arrow shows CD15 positive tumor.
