CD 30 is confirmatory for the diagnosis of Hodgkin Lymphoma. These atypical dells have abundant cytoplasm, and the nuclei often contain prominent nucleoli. Typical Reed-Sternberg cells (large B cells) are seen with a bi-lobed nucleus, giving the cell a typical “owl’s eyes” appearance. Cytoplasmic and prominent Golgi accentuation for CD30 is typical for lacunar Hodgkin cells, which can aid in the diagnosis of classical Hodgkin lymphoma.  In the background, normal lymphocytes remain unstained.
